Welcome to Founders40Up, a suite of coaching and mentoring experiences hosted by Be Visual Co Pty Ltd, led by Ingrid Schroder. By enrolling in any Founders40Up product, including but not limited to the Next Chapter program, workshops, or mini-courses, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

‍OVERVIEW
Founders40Up is a live, online learning experience designed to transform designers into profitable brand builders. Our main platform for delivery is Go Kollab, and each product within the Founders40Up umbrella may have its own scope, access period, and outcomes. Participation in all relevant modules and tasks is required for optimal results.

FEES
Payment for all Founders40Up products must be made in full prior to accessing any content. If payment is unsuccessful or not completed, your access to the program and materials will be suspended until payment is resolved.

All purchases are for individual use only. Sharing your login or redistributing course content in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access without refund.

‍No-BS 14-Day Guarantee (Refund Policy)
‍We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee across Founders40Up products, but only for participants who fully commit. If you show up, do the work, and still don’t feel like the programme delivered value, we’ll refund you. No drama.

To be eligible, you must submit:
- Proof of completed worksheets, templates, or tasks
- Evidence of watching all released trainings
- Proof that you attended and participated in any live sessions available within the first 14 days (if applicable)
- Made at least one contribution or post inside the community (if applicable)
- A short explanation of why the program wasn’t a good fit for you

Requests must be sent within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued without this proof. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our learning environment and ensure it attracts motivated, action-taking individuals.

‍PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
‍You are responsible for your own progress and results. Success requires active engagement with the course content and implementation of the strategies taught. We provide the framework, tools, and support. The rest is up to you.

ONLINE COMMERCE
If you make a purchase through our site, your payment will be processed securely by a third-party provider (such as Stripe). We do not collect or store any of your payment information. The only information we receive is your contact details (like your email) and confirmation of the amount paid.

By purchasing our products or services through a third-party provider, you acknowledge that any issues, disputes, or claims related to those transactions are between you and the payment provider. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or problems that arise from your transactions with them.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programmes without refund if they engage in any behaviour that is disruptive,

disrespectful, or violates the rules of the cohort.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Founders40Up content (videos, documents, templates, community posts, and other materials) are the intellectual property of Electric Brands Pty Ltd. When you enrol, you receive single-user, non-transferable access for personal use only. Copying, sharing, distributing, or reselling any content is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

TECHNICAL REQUIRMENTS & SUPPORT
The course is hosted on an online platform (Go Kollab), and you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet access and compatible device to access the content. We do not provide technical troubleshooting beyond ensuring platform functionality.

CONTENT SUBMISSION
If you submit, post, or share any content with us - including comments, feedback, testimonials, social media posts, or any other materials - you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission from the owner to share it.
- You are at least 13 years old.

By submitting, you give us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and unrestricted license to use, edit, distribute, and share your content in any format, now or in the future. This means we can feature your reviews, testimonials, or success stories on our website, marketing materials, or other platforms, including with your name or social handle (if applicable). We won’t claim ownership of your content, but we may use it to inspire and educate others in our community.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to participants via email.
