Ingrid Schroder

Small business owner, creative director, mother of two boys and business mentor.

I quit a solid corporate career 15 years ago to start my own creative agency – but what started out as a vision of freedom soon became another job I couldn't escape from.

For years I was stuck doing everything myself, convinced that nobody else could do things like me – leaving me burnt out and unable to take holidays without a laptop.

Everywhere I searched for help was full of Gen-Y, millennials, tech bros and seniors but for this second act of business over the age 40? Not so much – and so Founders40Up was born.

Today, I'm building a business that supports this point in life, balancing family and freedom – and I'm on a mission to help other business owners over 40 do the same.

What exactly is Next Chapter?

Next Chapter is a no-nonsense, high-support business mentoring program with a supportive community of founders of your generation cheering you on to build a business with balance, earn what your experience is worth and reach your full potential (before time slips away)

Who is this for?

The program is for ambitious, service-based business owners over the age of 40 who are tired of doing it all alone ready to step up their marketing, communications and growth strategy to build a business that supports their life.

It's perfect for coaches, creatives, health & wellness practitioners, financial advisors, consultants and corporate contractors – among others. If you're not sure if you're a fit, let's talk!

What's the time commitment

It's a 90-minute weekly group workshop call on Wednesdays at 9am (Sydney time AEDT).

We'd also recommend carving out around 4-5 hours per week to implement the strategies you'll learn.

What's included in the program?

The program includes:
- Initial 1:1 strategy session with Ingrid
- Weekly live group coaching & workshop calls
- Access to the private community exclusively to over 40's.
- Personal feedback to your business
- Guest speaker sessions

What kind of results can I expect?

The results will reflect the effort you put in - and it's different for everyone, but our past participants have experienced increased confidence marketing their business, improved revenue potential, finding better balance between life and work, working with clients they love and greater motivation when they surround themselves with ambitious business owners of their own generation.
